How to Engage

The Process

The engagement process starts with a discussion about the project and the required outcomes. When an idea that offers an authentic and innovative arts project is agreed, a plan would be written, comprising:

  • Aims
  • Job descriptions
  • Hierarchy of decision making
  • Production plan
  • Timeline
  • Budget
  • Marketing plan
  • Evaluation criteria

  • Developing arts projects, which address problems in creative ways the results of which can be evaluated and measured
